Marika, tastes’ and greeting’s countess gathers the whole delight and wisdom in the traditional Italian cuisine and shapes it following the wills of her guests and also the will to create and innovate (Pic. 1).

As a traveler, she knows taste is an enchanting palate symphony, and cookery is the art of rewarding guests with sensual pleasure, elegance and generosity while eating. Passion and an old family tradition gave her all the tricks that make hers an extraordinary, refined and excellent tasting cuisine.

Marika cooks for her guests local and typical dishes, natural and elaborate courses, all perfectly matched with wine, wisely picked out from the well-provided wine cellar. (Pic. 2).

Traditional cooking from the Valtelline valley, like pizzoccheri, polenta uncial and polenta taragna, but you can also taste ... roast pork with rabbit, vincisgrassi (a sort of lasagne), duck sauce’s tagliatelle, Chioggia lasagne stuffed with fish, wet fish baked in foil, shrimps-stuffed salmon, cocottine (small bowl of fish and meat), “wood-stove” porker, stewed donkey, meat and fish baked in foil, chicken galantine, stuffed roast beef, asparagus pie and even 14 different kinds of home-made salads.
